<aside> 💡 This is the heart of this playbook. Duplicate the "Guest Name [Template]" card by hovering over the right hand side of the card and selecting "Duplicate" within the three dot menu. Rename the duplicated card to the name of your guest. Within the card you will find files and a detailed list of tasks that should be completed at each stage of production. The files include space for you to gather information about this guest, compile your list of interview questions, save in-progress audio files, and more. The tasks are organized by stage of production. Once you complete the tasks for a stage(eg. "Pre-Interview"), move the card to the next column (eg. "To Be Recorded") and complete relevant tasks.
